Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily suspending all product returns. This policy change is in place to protect both employees and customers from the additional risk of contamination from returned products.

Shield HealthCare honors all warranties, expressed or implied, under applicable state law. Return of the following merchandise is prohibited:

• Any/All Nutritional products or food items
• Any item worn next to the skin
• Any item contained in sterile packaging
